We understand that from time to time you may need to cancel, rearrange or amend your appointment. On these occasions, please give us as much notice as you are able to so that we are able to offer your original appointment slot to our other clients. If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may, at our discretion, be charged a £30.00 missed appointment fee.

At times where you may be delayed and arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you as best we can with the time we have available on the day. Due to our busy appointment schedule, and to minimise the impact on other clients, we may not be able to fulfil an appointment if a client is more than 10 minutes late. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon possible if you are delayed.
