Otto Framing is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully.
The information we collect is for the purpose of contacting you when your framing is complete (and to address any queries during the fabrication of your framing), to keep a record of your orders and their specifications, and for the purposes of insurance. This will, in almost all circumstances, be restricted to:
· Your first and last name
· Your contact details
· Your address (should you require a quotation for delivery)
We will ask for this information directly from you, and we ensure that this information is kept securely.
Under the Data Protection legislation, you have rights with regards to your personal information including:
· the right to be informed about the collection and the use of your personal data
· the right to access personal data and supplementary information
· the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete
· the right to erasure (to be forgotten) in certain circumstances
· the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances
· the right to data portability, which allows the data subject to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services

terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions displayed on this website (including our privacy policy) at any time by notifying you through this website that we have done so. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions as notified and posted on the website
All of our frames are made to order, unless stated otherwise, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final at the point of deposit payment. We request a deposit payment to confirm your order and begin production, which is equal to 50% of the total value of your order. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change at any time, and quotations are valid for 30 days from receipt.
We will give an indication of our current lead times during your appointment. If your framing request would require a shorter lead time than our current, and we are able to fulfil your order by the date required, we may need to add a relevant expedited charge to your order.
Promotions, discounts and offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to revoke any promotions, discounts or offers at any time and for any reason.
Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods, the price of which being equal to or lower than the balance or value of the Gift Card and can be used as a complete or partial payment. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance or value, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. We are not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Gift Cards, or if Gift Card is used without your permission. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card (and to take alternative forms of payment) which we deem to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, or damaged.
We understand that from time to time you may need to cancel, rearrange or amend your appointment. On these occasions, please give us as much notice as you are able to so that we are able to offer your original appointment slot to our other clients. If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may, at our discretion, be charged a £30.00 missed appointment fee. At times where you may be delayed and arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you as best we can with the time we have available on the day. Due to our busy appointment schedule, and to minimise the impact on other clients, we may not be able to fulfil an appointment if a client is more than 10 minutes late. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon possible if you are delayed.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities upon importing goods. The customer should contact their local customs office for accurate information on applicable fees. We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs authorities, including seizure of goods or imposition of penalties, or any delays caused by customs processing and cannot therefore guarantee delivery times. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable customs regulations and laws.
